We are a planned unit development community on the west side of Schaumburg, Illinois approximately 30 miles northwest of downtown Chicago.  Our development contains 595 units that span several tree-lined streets along Walnut Lane between Golf Road and Bode Road.  We are a well-established community of residents that share a belief in our homes and in our neighborhood.

Built in the 1970s, these townhouses vary in style, color and layout, but all who live here share landscaped common areas, a clubhouse and a playground along with an outdoor pool, basketball court and tennis courts.
